On behalf of our entire staff, welcome to the 2022 - 2023 school year! We hope you enjoyed a summer vacation filled with fun and exciting memories with your loved ones. Whether you are a new 4th St. PC family or a returning family, the new school year ahead will be a rewarding experience for you and your child. We are committed to providing a rigorous instruction and creating a nurturing environment for each and every student to learn and grow. We look forward to seeing everyone on the first day of school on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:34 p.m. COVID-19 Safety Protocols Los Angeles Unified COVID-19 health and safety protocols regarding masking align with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health requirements. Per latest guidance from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, masks are strongly recommended but not required. The following protocols are required to enter our campus: - Stay at home if you are ill. - Sanitize your hands frequently. Our Mission: 4th Street Primary Center is a safe, healthy, and respectful place where all children learn and succeed.
Our Vision: At 4th Street Primary Center students, staff, parents, and community will:
* Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity.
* Promote mastery of grade-level standards across the curriculum, including the arts, physical education, and health.
* Develop appropriate social skills.

We are a Title I school with an enrollment of 200 students in grades Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK), Kindergarten, and 1st-grade. Our special education program compromises of an autism class and a specific learning disabilities class. We believe in servicing ALL students!
